There’s colour and personality, and a great vibe worth venturing out to Muizenberg for and it’s called Tortuga Loca. 

Mexican food with twist is the best way to describe the menu. There are items you wouldn’t expect to find on a regular menu, like jackfruit tacos, churro waffles and cheesecake chimichanga – all of which will blow your mind and palate wide open.
