The innovative culinary team at Vergelegen Wine Estate in Somerset West came up with a brilliant concept to entertain guests in the scenic surroundings of their cattle pastures called Nguni Cafè. It’s calving season too, so you are bound to see scores of newborns. The only item on the menu is gourmet hotdogs (not beef) with all the trimmings.
